How do I get my refund?
If you have purchased a ticket for Lovebox 2020, your ticket provider will email you with more information on how to claim your refund. If you purchased a ticket via the Lovebox website, Ticketmaster will be your ticket provider.
Please only contact your ticket provider if you have not received an email after 5 working days.

How long do I have to claim my refund?
You will be given the option to either claim a full refund or carry your ticket over to Lovebox 2021. Please respond with which option you would prefer no later than 17:00 on 3 April 2020
How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
Ticketmaster will start processing refunds within 7 days after the closing date above. The latest you can expect to receive your refund will be 15 April 2020.
Will I get a refund for any travel and/or accommodation I’ve booked for the weekend of the festival?
We cannot refund any travel or accommodation booked for the festival, please check with the company you booked via to see if you are eligible for a refund.
I bought my ticket through a different ticket provider to the ones on the official list, am I still eligible for a refund? (E.g. Stubhub, Viagogo, Twickets…)
As these are not official ticket outlets, you will need to contact them directly to see if you are eligible for a refund.
Can I carry my ticket over to next year?
Yes – In the email sent to you by your ticket provider, you will have the option to keep your ticket for Lovebox 2021.
Will the ticket price for Lovebox 2021 be the same?
We cannot say for certain at this time if the ticket price will be the same.
I won tickets in a competition for Lovebox 2020 – Can I transfer them over to 2021?
All tickets won in competitions will be eligible to be carried over to Lovebox 2021.
When is Lovebox 2021?
11th-13th June 2021.
Will the line-up be the same for Lovebox 2021?
Lovebox 2021 will not have the exact same line-up as 2020.
When does the festival start and end?
Friday – 2pm – 10.30pm (last entry 8pm).
Saturday – 12pm – 10.30pm (last entry 8pm).
Sunday – 12pm – 10.00pm (last entry 8pm)
When does the onsite box office open?
Friday – 12pm – 8pm.
Saturday – 11am – 8pm.
Sunday – 11am – 8pm.
Please get down as early as possible when picking up your tickets to avoid queues.
I can’t find my ticket?
Make sure to check your emails and junk folder.
You must have your ticket barcode ready to be scanned on entry. Please download before getting to the park.

I’ve bought a deposit scheme ticket, when will the payments be taken from my account?
The 1st Instalment is charged to your credit or debit card immediately. The 2nd Instalment will be charged to the same card on 3/2/2020. The 3rd Instalment will be charged 2/3/2020. The 4th Instalment will be charged 1/4/2020. The 5th and final Instalment will be charged on the 1/5/2020.

Where can I find set times?
All set times can be found on the official Lovebox app which will be made available shortly before the festival. This is so you can stay up to date with any changes which may occur.
What bag can I bring to Lovebox?
Please bring a bag no bigger than A4 size. Large bags will not be allowed into the arena. There are lockers located outside the arena for larger bags, subject to availability. The size of the lockers are 350mm x 350mm x 450mm (14″ x 14″ x 18″) and you will be able to hire a locker charged per item / bag. Please note, you cannot book lockers in advance.
I would like my band/act to play at Lovebox, who should I contact?
We do not accept talent submissions.
I am interested in trading at Lovebox, how do I go about this?
We only accept food trader submissions. You can email info@djcatering.co.uk or head over to D&J to submit your application.
When will my tickets arrive?
Physical tickets will be posted up to 10 days before the event. Mobile tickets will be delivered prior to the event in your Ticketmaster account/app. In the unlikely reason they still haven’t arrived up to 3 days before the event, please get in touch with your ticket provider. Can I come to Lovebox if I am under 18?
Please note, Lovebox is a 16+ event and everyone attending will require a ticket.
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a Ticket Holder aged 18 or over (You may require ID for proof of age to gain entry). Please see here for accepted forms of ID.
Ticket Holders aged 18 or over can only accompany a maximum of four under 18’s to the festival.
We accept the following forms of ID:
- Your current passport (no photocopies)
- Your UK Driver’s Licence or Provisional Licence
- A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram (please refer to pass-scheme)
- A CitizenCard
- Oyster Photocard
- NUS Card
- A National Identity Card
Please note we cannot accept other forms of ID. Photos or photocopies do not count as valid forms of ID
How can I apply to volunteer at the festival?

If I have bought a weekend ticket can I camp overnight?
No, we’re afraid it is not possible to camp at Lovebox. Check out our travel & stay section here for more information on where to stay and how to get to us.
Can I take in my own food and drink to Lovebox?
You are allowed to drink and eat in the park outside the perimeter of the festival and in the queuing lanes (and we would advise that you bring water to drink in the queueing lanes). Once you reach the search lanes you cannot take in any food or drink apart from one empty bottle to fill at our water taps. There is a wide range of delicious food and drinks stalls within the festival.

Can I smoke at Lovebox?
The same regulations apply at Lovebox as the rest of the country. You can smoke in the open air but not inside big tops and tents. Look out for the ‘No Smoking’ signs.
If I leave Lovebox can I get back in?
No, there is no re-entry into the festival whatsoever.
What time is the last entry to Lovebox?
Last entry to Lovebox is 8pm – we don’t want you to miss out so please make sure you are in the queue sufficiently in advance of this time.
Are dogs allowed into the event?
No pets are allowed within the event site. Assistance Dogs, however, will be permitted – please click here to accessibility for more information.
Where can I find my lost property?
Any lost property handed in will be taken to the Lost Property Tent. Any lost property will be safely stored and a log of any items handed in. After the event has finished you can email lostproperty@wavesltd.org with a description of your item in the heading. Lost property is managed post event so no collection is available. Items will be sent 1st Class recorded delivery at a cost to the customer.
